Eligibility requirements include:

 

- Full-time employment within the mountain bike industry, encompassing bike shops, manufacturing companies, coaching or instruction, and trail building.

- Submission of a recent pay stub verifying full-time employment status.

- Provision of your company or bike shop's website and physical address as part of the application.

 

Please be aware:

 

- Products ordered through the ProForm program must be delivered to the provided company or bike shop address.

- Purchases made through the ProForm program are strictly for personal use and should not be bought on behalf of others, including family members.
