Frames, bikes, and components may be shipped requiring some assembly. It is mandatory to have assembly conducted by a qualified professional bicycle mechanic. Any performance issues or failures resulting from non-professional assembly will not be covered under our warranty.

Orders via PLANET 26 DISTRIBUTION are dispatched within 72 hours after order completion. If shipping information has not been received via email within this timeframe, please reach out to PLANET 26 DISTRIBUTION. We reserve the right to refuse shipment to any individual for any reason.

 

PAYMENT

Payment for all in-stock orders is processed at checkout. For pre-orders, payment is processed when the product(s) are available and prepared for dispatch.
